We are not an off-shoring company.  Everything we do is done by us in the United Kingdom.

This is where we support you in improving how your practice runs on a day to day operational level.  You may think that you have a problem in fully utilising your available appointments, or have a nagging doubt that your employment contracts aren’t up to scratch. 

These are things we can advise you on.

Or you may be thinking of expanding your practice and taking over the space next door, moving upstairs or opening another site all together. These are the kind pf projects we can run for you.

We would like you to and you probably will after you’ve tried us.  Until then you use only what you’re comfortable with.  Most start with us taking on their day to day book-keeping.  You can even keep your existing accountant and current accounting software for as long as you want.

Once you see the value we bring, and when you’re ready, we can talk about freeing up more of you and your teams time so you can focus on doing what you love.

3 months at first.

Then you have a choice of either going month by month or signing up for 12 months. 

All our systems are cloud based and hosted with Amazon on their AWS, or with Microsoft on thier Azure platform.

We have different systems for each of the services we offer.  They are integrated using an industry leading integration platform so they can talk to each other.

Our dashboards are powered by another industry leader.  We use that to collate the analytics, business intelligence and insights information that we share with you.

You can either log-in through your computer or mobile device.

Just because we use different systems doesn’t mean you have loads of different log-ins in dfferent places either.  We’ve engineered it with you in mind to save you time.  You log-in once and can see everything in one place.

You do.  It was yours to begin with and it remains your property.
